Stopped in to pick up a bag of dog food. We’ve been trying out the Fromm Gold Star for smaller dogs and it seems to be working well. I asked about any other recommendations and the staff were very helpful and especially knowledgeable about the ingredients in all the foods they showed me. Always so friendly!

It is always a pleasant experience when shopping at Hollywood. The staff they have there is so very pleasant, helpful, caring and most of just excellent customer service. I have shopped at one other location and I choose to travel the extra distance because of their consistency in all areas I mentioned. Mostly I choose to shop at places that care and Hollywood Feed sure cares about your fur babies! If I could they would get 10 stars rather than 5!

Can’t recommend them enough! The staff are always warm and inviting every time I come in! My pup is pretty nervous about new people but they always try hard to make him as comfortable as possible when we come in! Now he gets super excited just to go in! They are also incredibly knowledgeable about the food brands they carry and so far all their recommendations have been fantastic! My furry family is happy and that means the world to me! I will definitely be a regular here!

I wanted to buy this bed for my cat but the whole place (including the products in it) is covered in some kind of artificial fragrance like Febreze or a plug-in. Please, Hollywood Feed, be aware of fragrance poisoning and people who are sensitive to smells. Especially in a place that carries products that animals will consume or chew on. We have no idea what kinds of toxins are in those scents but they can’t be good. Get an air purifier if you’re concerned about smells, but never cover them with artificial scents!

My first online order and delivery from Hollywood Feed was wonderful. Placed my order by 9am this morning and they have already delivered!!! 2 bags of kibbles both wrapped in plastic and the frozen items were in a cooling bag along with a freezer pack to keep cold. Whole Foods could use a few lessons from you all in how to package their delivery items. Will be using this company for future pet item needs.
