Dixie has been under the absolute BEST care with Banfield! She’s been seen by multiple vets and techs and they’re all fantastic. They don’t miss a beat and proactively educate me as needed since Dixie is my first dog I got as a puppy. Gail at the front desk always makes me smile! Best Team, Best Vet Care!!!

The Banfield team has been excellent in all regards! In spite of the phone ringing off the hook, in person and on the phone, they have provided kindness and strong communication numerous times. FYI I am a "visiting" customer from Charlotte and this location is superior to my home Banfield in terms of communication and organization. Also, my interactions with the 2 vets were excellent - they showed concern for Gaston and communicated well with me. Thanks Banfield team!

They are fine for basic; referred my dog to a dermatologist because they don’t know how to diagnose skin lesions and they don’t do dental cleanings anymore and sent me to another location. I was not happy about that but location is good.

Highly dislike Dr. Littlejohn - extremely inconvenient (rescheduling appointments last minute), uncooperative, difficult to work with and discuss/compromise on treatment plans. Otherwise, quite pleased with the other Drs and Nurses at this location.

Mars Corporation has ruined the great care and customer service that Banfield offered. Now it is totally profit driven. We did not have a vet at our local Banfield for almost a year and had to drive 35 mins to get to another location. Making an appointment there was weeks out. Now everything is an upsell. I had been using Banfield for almost 20 years - Mars has ruined a good thing!
