We did an annual visit for our 9 year- old German Shorthaired Pointer and 2 year old Doberman. We received timely notifications leading up to our reserved time, very friendly front desk staff and exceptional service from Lauren and vet staff during our visit. Our appointment was easy, informative and we will most certainly remain longtime customers. Thank you Animal Medical Center of Mt. Pleasant for continuing to take care of our furry family.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Animal Medical Center of Mt. Pleasant! I recommend them to everyone with pets :) Dr. Beck is knowledgeable, funny, understanding, and always patient with my endless list of questions. AMC was where we took our 12 year old lab for the last year he had with us, and they were so wonderful. Dr. Beck was gentle and kind with us and very understanding when we lost Barney. They also sent us a card in the mail to express sympathy. Because of this experience, we had no question when it came to where we would take our new puppy. Whenever we bring Churchill in, everyone is very excited to see him. It feels very comfortable. I am happy to say, he has gone through all his vaccinations, a fecal worm test (recommended for puppies), an ear cleaning, and multiple nail trims, and he still has NO fear and NO anxiety about going to AMC... he actually seems excited when we arrive. This speaks to their gentle nature and care. They are super wonderful about getting us in last minute for emergencies (whether real or imaginary lol), and prompt on refilling medications. I've called before with a concern, close to closing, and Nick at the front desk and Dr. Beck were happy to answer my questions over the phone and put my mind at ease. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays for a few hours. The office is always clean and well kept, and they have comfortable seating in the waiting room. Their artwork is fun too. We highly recommend AMC of Mount Pleasant.

Dr. Epstein and his staff are very efficient and friendly. My dog’s exam was complete and timely. All my questions and concerns were addressed and Dr. Epstein requested I call with any future concerns. My dog is five years old and has had varied treatments including cancer surgery at the Animal Medical Center.

After adopting 3dogs in 9months I have enjoyed speaking with and interacting with the staff at AMCMP with many questions regarding care for my pack. Dr. Steven Epstein and the staff truly care, are compassionate and strive to keep us thriving and healthy.

Animal Medical Center and Best Friends Boarding are amazing. We have a special needs dog, who is anxiety ridden and fearful. The staff have done an amazing job with her as well as with our older dog. The staff are so kind and caring towards our dogs and we feel like they are in good hands when we are out of town.

Dr. Lawhon and Ashley were so helpful and insightful when caring for my dog. They both gave great thought to any questions I had. Nick and Natalie at the front desk were also very resourceful, respectful, and efficient. I look forward to continuing care with this team.
