Description Welcome to Crescent Care Veterinary Clinic, Mt. Pleasant's newest small animal veterinary provider. Now open Monday-Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm. We are conveniently located on the corner off Hwy 41 and Rivertowne Pkwy. At Crescent Care Veterinary Clinic, we understand and are in awe of the loving bond that humans share with their animal companions. Your pets care should be tailored specifically to your needs and those of your pet. We will go above and beyond to always provide the most comfortable and compassionate care for all our patients and their owners. We had to say goodbye to our sweet pup a couple of weeks ago. When I contacted Crescent Care to make the appointment they were extremely professional and sensitive to our decision. Upon arrival, they greeted us at the door and took us back to a room they already had set up and waiting for us. We were given all the time we wanted to say our goodbyes and they sat with us through the process. Their professionalism and kindness are outstanding. We are very thankful to have this business in our community.

the very best. having 3 cats and 2 dogs, proper vet care can be pricey however Crescent Care is far more reasonable prices than other local vets. Im so happy to be a client of theirs as i know my crew are taken care of. Most recently, Dr.Yager practically saved my cats life after he had a urinary blockage and a local emergent vet just wanted to euthanize. Highly recommend CCV to everyone.

Dr. Yager at Crescent Care is AMAZING! I took both my dogs to her when she was working at a previous vet and when I found out she would be moving over to Crescent Care there was no question I would be following her. Today was my first appointment with her at Crescent Care and I had an amazing experience. No wait time, friendly staff, clean facilities/exam rooms and most importantly, my pup is healthy and happy thanks to Dr. Yager!

I can't say enough about this vet office. We have never had to wait on a room to be seen. ALL of the staff is nice. We have never seen the same vet twice and normally I would like to see the same vet every time BUT all the vet's here are super knowledgeable and nice, I am fine seeing whoever is available.

I had just brought home a 10 week old puppy that was coughing and sneezing off and on during our drive home from NC. I couldn't get in with our vet as they were triple-booked for the day. I called Crescent Care and asked if Dr. Leeman had any availability. Luckily for us, he had a cancelation and squeezed us in late in the afternoon. From the receptionists to the vet tech these people are top-notch! **UPDATE** At 7 months old, I took Phoebe to Dr. Leeman for her spay and umbilical hernia surgery in the morning. I picked her up late in the day as instructed and Dr. Leeman explained in detail all about the surgical procedure and that it all went well. As usual, he was thorough in his explanation and instructions for the next 7-10 days. He then asked if I had any questions and was answered them to my satisfaction. Nevertheless, I called the clinic the next day to ask a few other questions and the staff was very helpful. 10 days later was the post-op appointment (included in the cost of the surgery) and Phoebe was given the all-clear. No more cone of shame. The incision is healing well with no drainage or redness. Dr. Leeman did a fabulous job on the surgery and the incision looks clean and perfect. Thanks to everyone at Crescent Care. You are all professional and very helpful.

My 2 dogs finally got neutered today at 6 years old. (Littermates) They were starting to become more aggressive towards each other and so hopefully this calms them down among other health benefits. The staff were amazing and comforting to my dogs. I received a call mid day after the surgery with an update on their condition. All went well and I feel so grateful that the doctors and staff are competent and kind. I highly recommend Crescent Care Veterinary Clinic in Mount Pleasant. They’re the best!
