I told them specifically to trim my Mini Australian Shepherd's underbody around her legs. They told me she fell into the razor (which I'm not sure why they used a razor) and so they had to trim the rest of her body to match. DO NOT recommend. See before/after photos attached. Sincerely, disappointed.

I am not one to ever leave a review but this place deserves it!!! I am so amazed at how thoughtful and loving the staff is. They are CONSTANTLY doing fun events and activities for the fur-babies. Today they did an “academy paw-wards” day and gave awards to all of the dogs. The staff puts in so much effort and truly CARES!! I honestly found the BEST day care for my furbaby. The owner should be so proud of their staff and their business. 10/10

They were able to accommodate my 2 Frenchies on short notice for a week after the "tryout". I've stayed with My Three Dogs in the past in another location with my German Shepherd and it was a great experience then as well. The staff is great with the dogs, very friendly and accommodating. The live video is another great feature for checking in on the pups while they're playing in the common areas. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because when we picked up the dogs, they smelled so bad and needed a bath the second they got home.

I have brought my dog to the Coleman locations multiple times with no problem. My dog actually really thrives there. The “cameras” they have at hwy 17 are completely blurry and only show the outdoor area. My dog was beside himself when I brought him home. He couldn’t walk straight and was acting so strange. He refused to eat and I had to bring him water because he wouldn’t stand up from the floor. He could not get enough water, he drank until each water bowl i brought him was empty. He was so lethargic and slept for over 17 hours. He had such a flat affect, not to mention he was sent back to me with his food i sent for the day? My dog is 8 months old and has never denied a meal in his life. Why wouldn’t he eat his food there? He also was sent back to me completely wet, dripping. Extremely unhappy and actually concerned about this location.

Although our Maltishu looked and smelled great, the groomer nicked him and we expect better from a professional groomer.

Boarded our dog for the first time and we loved it! Everyone is so friendly. The facility is great. Our dog loved her 5 day stay! Loved being able to watch our Dog on their webcams too. Just tried their grooming services and was very pleased. They were quick and loved the 2 ladies who groom.
