Edit: My higher rating is now at 1 star. If I could go less I would! My dog is a giant love bug, loves people, but has separation anxiety. Deanna was amazing with my girl. She would make sure my dog felt safe and loved before taking her in back. Unfortunately for us but amazing for Deanna, she is now working in a different area. The groomer I tried this time was TERRIBLE with my girl. She refused to acknowledge her, wouldn't pet her, or show her any love. The when my girl walked up to her to sniff her, she stood up and began pulling my dog to the back. We were given her normal time frame of 2-3 hours, and my fiance and I left uncomfortable and anxious. 30 minutes to by and I get a phone call from the groomer that my dog was ready for pick up. The package I selected included shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning, anal gland extraction, brushing, and drying. I called and asked if she was ready, if it was a mistake, or if she misbehaved and the package couldn't be finished. A different groomer answered the phone and couldn't answer if my dog was ready, they put me on the line with the groomer we left her with, and she was incredibly rude, and kept questioning why I even asked her. I told her I was concerned that a 2-3 hour appointment turned into 30 minutes and would like to know how. She kept refusing to answer me and just kept asking "so, you want to know why she's done fast?" She refuses to answer in the 5 minutes I was on the phone with her then finally said "oh, actually she's not done. She's still on my table. It was a paper issue. It's still 2-3 hours." And hangs up on me. Fast forward 2 hours. I get another call that she's ready again. I go get her and when the groomer brought her out, my girl was crying, jumping, and pulling to get to me. She ran behind my back and was shaking. She LOVES her bath! She has never reacted that way and aways fights me to leave because she loves the groomers so much. Not this time! I complained to management and he said they would check the cameras and call me either way, and that I wasn't the first to complain about this particular groomer. My dog came home and would not leave my side for 3 days. She laid down and cried most of the day. Wouldn't play, didn't want to go outside, cried when I showered, or whenever I wasn't in her line of sight. I 100% believe the groomer showed her no compassion, and locked her in a cage for 3 hours with no water. I will NEVER be going back and would urge you to look up reviews on each groomer to make sure your babies are safe! Always a good experience and I highly recommend Deanna for grooming! She’s is fantastic with my girl, will tell me full details on how she was, and shows so much love and care for Phoebe (my girl). Phoebe even fights to leave because she loves her so much. The reason for only 4 stars is because the last groomer I went to (I couldn’t find Deanna in the app) wasn’t my favorite and my dog was pulling to leave which concerned me. She was clean and looked good, her nails were nice and short and from my eyes she looked really good. But I didn’t like how my dog was reacting when I got there.

PetSmart in Tyler is one of the best around. Our baby Halo is not easy. She is hyper, loving, and demands your attention. These folks at PetSart grooming love on her and treat her like a princess. Halo enjoys going every time. Thank you, PetSmart, for loving our babies!!

I had to walk around the entire store multiple times trying to find anyone that could help me. When I finally did find someone she acted as if I was bothering her. I asked if they carried a certain brand of dog food, she barely acknowledged me then turned her back towards me and just said "no" I stood there for a second kinda taken back by the situation. Then just left. I won't be back. Plenty of other pet supply stores with much friendlier staff.

Terrible, people in grooming section were shady and kept trying to tack on different fees making the cost of a simple haircut and bath well over 100$. When i refused they were super rude. I drove out over 45 mins in the rain with my 1 yr old baby for a waste of time and gas.

Tiffany did a great job with my 5 lb dog who tries to wiggle right out of people’s hands. It’s impossible for me to trim her nails but Tiffany’s a pro.
