I had to take my dog to the clinic because my dog was bleeding! They tell me that if I pay him $700 then they could help him! Here is my thing you say you are an emergency clinic and you see that my dog is bleeding on your bed all you do is offer a puppy pad! Wow show how much you care! If was them or some one they loved laying on the bed and they are laying on the bed bleeding but they did have any way to cover it and the nurse just offered a diaper for them how would you feel! If you only it for the money don’t waste your time going threw school ! Animals need care too! Pray about what you do to people and most of the precious fur babies!
Just want to thank the wonderful staff for their thoughtful care and concern. They were very honest and considerate regarding Tobi's condition, and I was so very thankful! She was so nervous when I took her inside, but when Carissa returned her to me she was as calm as could be since they were so loving and sweet to her! They determined her condition was not serious and would not need a medical procedure, so the cost was also very fair. I highly recommend this clinic in every respect!
I will never go here again. Brought my cat in last night, while filling out paperwork I overheard one of the front desk people say oh great not another cat and the other front desk person said shh they're right there. About 5 minutes later we got up and left to go to Longview which is compassionate and actually cares about the animals and people who come in. And FYI Tyler not that it really matters even if it was a stray or not but that "just another cat " was a $2k cat that was not eating and had rectal bleeding. Obviously we brought him in for a fricken reason, not to be blown off and disrespected!
This place is a money grabbing scam. They are 90% interested in money and 10% concerned with your pet. I don't care what they say or how they try to emotionally manipulate you, don't get the pancreatitis tests. This is just the latest scam. Places like this give actual caring vets a bad reputation. This place preys on your emotional vulnerability and should be shut down.
We are here with our dog, Abby, and I can't say enough good things about the attention she's gotten. We were checked into a room immediately, the receptionist was friendly and kind, and the Tech was very thorough. We feel confident Abby will get excellent care here.
The staff and Vet here were truly amazing. My Ruby girl is feeling so much better after their care.
