Everybody here took great care of me and my pup. He had a serious, but unknown injury. It was easily diagnosed by Dr. Borah and his team. The whole staff bent over backwards to help us out during a very trying time. I will continue to bring him and future dogs to them.

Staff was very nice and helpful. My German Sheppard was treated like he was a puppy, nobody was scared to give him an exam. The Dr was awesome and knowledgeable, I will be back.

After years, my decision to seek a new veterinarian is imminent due to consistently encountering rude staff, particularly at the front desk. While the doctors themselves provide competent care, the unprofessional demeanor and poor customer service exhibited by the reception team have become intolerable. Despite the quality of medical attention received, the overall experience has been marred by their discourteous conduct. As a loyal customer, it is disappointing to consider parting ways due to such avoidable issues.

I had a really good experience here. The staff was nice, and I enjoyed my dog's appointment with the female doctor. the wait was a bit long, but I was told that they had several emergency surgeries that morning. The waiting room is spacious, so that was okay. The place is clean, and the nurse we had was fantastic. Highly recommend!

******I called to schedule a very IMPORTANT appointment for my dog which I had spoke with a lady about the day prior and aaid it would be no issue, who was very nice and helpful, and was told that all the sudden the next day by another bc of the "office manager "they were completely booked for the day needed. I asked to speak with the vet only to be transferred to the "office manager" WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. She told us that she wanted us to "take our business somewhere else." And hung up on me😯. Initially I asked why she would say that and because I hadn't even been there in a few years but don't ever recall anything that would lead me to think anything wrong and she said that one time I hadn't paid a $50 payment ONLY because it was a miscommunication between me and my husband which we took care of IMMEDIATELY( it shows she doesn't care about a animal but money only)and we were even back there afterwards several times with NO issue, she then complained because of the times of day we came in, in the afternoons prior which was because of our then work schedules but I didn't see a issue with that or was never told, and then she made us pay up front which i had no problem all due to a one day miscommunication, nobody ever said anything before. She discredited me and my husband and is not even the owner of this business and I want the owner to be aware of how she is treating people. I NOT ONCE raised my voice it have ever disrespected her or anyone, to be treated the way she did me is not acceptable anywhere, I can't believe she brought up something that wasn't anything from years ago it blows my mind. I WILL be telling friends and business partners not to go here anymore or ever. I do want the owner to call me, this type of conduct by someone representing my business would not work. I had to post this because it would not be right to let me just let her talk to me or anyone else that way. Her treating a person the way she did shows what type of person she truly is. I never had any idea I did anything wrong and I didn't and just bringing something that wasn't anything up from several years ago is incredibly immature. I feel bad because it's not the vets fault but she is there to represent this business and they need to be made aware so they can fix this. I just do not see why we deserve to be treated the way we were when we never deserved that.

Excellent service, excellent care, excellent staff! Dr Borah is awesome! Facility is clean. All my dogs (past and present) love going to the vet (to get spoiled).
