I had to meet the professional and kind staff under duress, as it was time to have my pet hedgehog euthanized due to a dibilitating and progressive disease. They were knowledgeable about hedgehogs and knew about their care. They handled him gently and thoughtfully while examining him. They were were very good listeners as I shared his history and care. The were very sympathetic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with an exotic pet or common pet.

Super friendly and caring staff! They treated my girl with the utmost respect and care. I was able to go online and get an appointment on the same day, which was a major PLUS for me and my fur baby! The location was very convenient and easy to get to. I have most definitely found the perfect place to take my sweet Coco Taylor! They even reached out after our visit to see if she was doing better and to see if they could be of assistance in any other way. That was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this animal center to anyone in need of quick and reliable service for their loved one! The service was EXCEPTIONAL from check-in to check-out! Thanks again for getting my Coco Taylor in and taking care of her!😊

We love AMC of Tyler and Drako especially loves McKenzie! ❤️ she is so caring and loving towards him. I appreciate her taking the time with him as well as myself guiding me through his puppy stage 🙂

I had a great experience. All of the Staff are wonderful, make you feel welcome, and very attentive to you and your pets needs. I highly recommend them to anyone. I plan on using them for all of my cats in the future

Brough my Kitty over for a first time visit to get up to date on all of his vaccines, and they were absolutely great with him! It was quick and easy! 10/10 definitely recommend!

We always have a wonderful experience. Our dog is happy to see the staff as soon as we walk in, and the medical care is top notch. Update 3/28/24 Our dog started throwing up and experiencing intestinal issues a few days ago. She became sick very quickly and they were able to get her in almost immediately. By the time we got there, she had thrown up all over the back of our car. The staff was so understanding; they took Leah right away and gave me paper towels and a trash bag so I could clean up the car while I was being checked in. They are compassionate, understanding and professional. They did a full work up on our fur baby and sent her home with medicine that had her back to normal in a matter of days. I would recommend the vets and staff to anyone who wants a personalized experience and expects their pet to be treated like family.
