Stopped by to get my baby girl new leashes in our new company colors. Zoe Grace is Neighbor Well ready. Staff here is always attentive and helpful. Sister even went to the back of the store to see what other colors they had in inventory. Can't count how many times I've gotten a canned response of "everything we have is on the floor." Great experience. I will be back.

The owners and management of this establishment refuse to hold their team accountable in their wrongdoings. The dog trainer, Symeon Robinson, has not only slandered and defamed coworkers name outside of work but also directly to the owner and managerial team in between training sessions. Despite uncovering the truth, they refuse told hold Symeon accountable for his actions claiming that it doesn’t effect the shop even though his actions took place IN THE SHOP and did indeed effect another employee. Instead of holding Symeon accountable, they deemed it the best decision to cut the hours of the other employee involved. Are these the type of people you want caring for your pets? What else are they willing to lie about and cover up?

I’ve always loved Chipper and Coco and visiting their store, so I decided to try out their pet sitting services. They did not disappoint! They were so attentive, communicative and sent me video updates with each visit! I’m so glad I decided to try them out. 10/10 recommend!

Dog training was excellent. Symeon was amazing and communicates/demonstrates things very well. I used what he taught me with the dog we adopted through CARA from Chipper and Coco. The store is a pleasant place to be. Clean and staff were knowledgeable and friend. You can tell the owner, Ann's, love for animals and her commitment to supporting pet owners in caring well for their pets. I highly recommend them over the big chain pet store.

This review is WELL OVERDUE! I do not like to leave reviews, because I have a habit of being very detailed, and I end up not wanting to type everything o need to say. However, I HAVE to give credit when it’s due! First thing first: We love coming to this store!!! The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and they pretty much make you and your fur babies feel like family. Any and everything that you could possibly imagine, is at this store. If we didn’t live about 25 minutes away, I’m almost positive that I’d bring my dogs up here everyday just to get loved on and buy something! Chipper and Coco offer 4 weekly lessons for basic obedience training, and specialty dog training (hunting, sport training, emotional support and therapy), and 6 weekly lessons for advanced obedience training. Basic Obedience Training. WOW!! Let me just say that the previous review about Symeon being the “dog whisperer”, was definitely SPOT ON! Symeon knows about all the breeds, behaviors and temperaments. This man KNOWS his stuff! We love him! He is currently training our Presa Canario puppy. On our first visit last week, I informed Symeon that we’d like to start with the basic obedience package, and then move on to the advanced package. He asked if there was anything off top that I wanted to work on (other than sit, stay, down). I mentioned that we have 2 other dogs, (that aren’t professionally trained, but trained by techniques that I learned from YouTube). The issue was with them was running out as soon as you open the front door. So this is what Symeon started working with our puppy on, as well as some focus exercises. I kid you not, after ONE 30 minute session, we used what we learned at home with our other 2 dogs. Let’s just say by the end of the night, ALL THREE of our dogs now patiently SIT a few feet from the door, and WAIT until they are each called one by name to exit!!!!!!! WHAT?!?! I KNOW, RIGHT?!?! I’d also like to point out that I asked permission to record our lessons, so that we can practice at home. Symeon encouraged this, and even asked if we could air drop the videos to him as well. This makes it so much easier for everyone in our household, to be consistent with practice. After our first visit, we were SOLD! Once Zeus finishes both training packages, I will be signing up our other 2 dogs. I know that we’re all in good hands. PLEASE do NOT hesitate to visit this lovely gem located in The District. Do yourself a favor and look into obedience training with Symeon. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Self-service wash stations are available, too. And they support local rescues. This is our go to supplier and we have 13 dogs!
