I was faithful client and then HEATHER happen she was decent in the beginning but then I guess something happen and she was rude, became a liar because I didn’t cuss her out I maybe said hell and she hung up in my face after telling me things that I wasn’t clear about instead of handling the situation like a professional something she is not good at she handle it wrong. Now Andrea IS AWESOME and I’m go miss her fabulous self. But I see other reviews and Heather is a problem so why the staff or owner can’t see that but I’ll take my business elsewhere since my service was ended due to whatever lie Heather told.

The head veterinarian that see’s our fur baby is the absolute best but her assistant who’s in the room with her is rude & screamed at our barking dog who was afraid & new to the process.. she also tried to force us to get our fur baby who’s never had pups to be neutered! I kindly told her after her first set then maybe she was very upset when I said that…This is not the right job for her she’s very nasty & cold & I don’t recommend her, whatsoever!

Update: 4/20/2024 We absolutely trust these vets and staff with our furbabies. Our rat terrier had a bit of trouble lately, and Dr. Millette has been caring, compassionate, and has explained all test results. Great communication skills. All of the vets are wonderful. Such a great clinic that we drive 35 miles to see them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Update 4/30/24 We have sadly lost 2 of our furbabies within one week. These vets are wonderful. At our darkest times, they have been kind and compassionate. My pets were treated with loving care and respect. It has made it bearable. I am so grateful.
