Jackson Animal control has been by far the worst thing this city has ever invested in. Every person works in animal control division needs to be fired ASAP. They never answer the phone. And the number they have on google is not the correct number. It’s too many scary animals around Jackson. Every single dog that’s living on the street needs to be put down. Point blank and simple. Jackson doesn’t even deserve a star. But I guess since I want to post this review I’ll give it a one..

Completely terrible. Basically told me my area 1) is outside of business hours, 2) too far away for them to show in time 3) and to basically fix my own problem. Got treated like trash by the private “pest control” companies that wouldn’t give me the time of day as well unless I forked over $400.00 for snake removal? I hope and pray I’m not dead and gone before get to make it out of this trash town & state.

No one answer the phone at this business . all city Jackson employees need be to fired, they not doing nothing but getting paid. I want vote for no Black leaderships because none of them are not getting nothing done in Jackson, Jackson is gone to the dog's because of these leaderships. Sad Smh.

Literally called 5x about a Pitbull that was found just inhabiting my yard for about 2 days. Tearing out my trash and all. No one answers the phone, so these city officials are basically pocketing money and doing nothing about these loose animals nor these traffic light outages.

Precinct commander actually came to our neighborhood association meeting and provided a disconnected number. I imagine the complaints are overwhelming and largely because no one wants to hold their own community accountable. Stop making excuses and allowances for poverty or ignorance. Lawlessness will win if rule is not maintained.

NO ONE ANSWERS ANY OF THE JACKSON ANIMAL CONTROL PHONE NUMBERS!! WHY NOT?? My elderly neighbor found 2 pitbulls in her front yard. They running loose in our area. Where is animal control??? Are we THAT understaffed in Jackson, MS?
