I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Banfield team - every single person I interact with is kind, caring, and helpful. They don't make you feel silly for asking certain questions or calling them afterwards with follow-up questions - in fact, they call and follow up with you after every visit so you don't have to worry about it. I've never felt so confident that my pup is receiving the absolute best care! They are thorough in every aspect which I absolutely love. Their wellness plans are amazing, it's a huge stress reliever knowing payment is spread out throughout the year and the value of inclusions is superb. I cannot recommend Banfield enough!!

The hospital itself is lovely. HOWEVER: their billing department is an absolute FRAUD. Do NOT sign up for any “wellness plan”. I no longer have my pet. They are refusing to cancel my plan and remove my card from file. Instead, they insist on charging my card without my consent. Even when I acquired a new bank card, they “updated my card information” WITHOUT my consent. I have been on the phone with their billing department for multiple days now. AVIOD this nightmare.

From someone who has been to 7+ Banfield pet hospitals across 4 different states, this is a wonderful place to take your pet. We came in today for a comprehensive exam, vaccines, and an opinion on some skin growths. The front desk staff, vet tech, and Dr. Rubenstein were all very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The building was clean and calm. Also, I ended up calling them several times over the course of getting the appointment scheduled and completed, and they always answered promptly with a helpful attitude. Trust me when I say that this is not always the case at other Banfields.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They schedule pet visits with ease and rarely do you wait long to see the vetenarian!! My pet feels loved, so i feel the love as the owner!

I just had Suzie’s teeth cleaned. She has had issues in the past with sedation and I was very concerned for her. They reassured me and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and the care for her.
