From the first phone call to the incredibly hard goodbye, the entire team and staff here showed us nothing but compassion and empathy. They could tell we didn’t want to say goodbye so encouraged us to maybe spend just a short time longer with Buster. Maybe go to a nearby park or take him for a treat. Buster had stopped eating a couple days prior though and even though we offered him his favorites, he still declined. When we returned, he had a very nice blanked folded up for him, they just showed they really care here. 17 years is a good run for a Dachshund and we will miss you for a lifetime! If you want to know your pets will be taken care of and thoughtful yet professional advice given throughout the process, don’t go anywhere else than My Pets Wellness.

This is the first time my little rescue doesn't walk into a vet's office shaking. They handle the fur babies with such care. I really like their business model. They have a packaged plan, where you pay a monthly fee. It includes shots, bloodwork, and all kinds of discounts. It's really clever. So far, the services that have been done on my baby have been GREAT. The staff are very professional and caring and I really like the Dr. I'm super impressed.

Love this place! All the Drs and staff have been excellent with my pup. They are very thorough and caring and do well with my rescue pup who hates going to vet. He's made very comfortable.

Had my first visit with Heather & Dr. E and was really grateful for the time they both took to make sure all my questions were answered and how they both went above and beyond giving me recommendations for my puppy, from training to play tips. Looking forward to continuing care with them!

We have had great experiences with My Pets Wellness. Whenever our old gal has needed care, we’ve always been able to get her in that same day at one of their locations. Gracie especially loves the vet tech Morgan and she gets super excited to see her whenever we’re there. Thank you so much for the great care!

I've been to 2 locations so far, Cool Springs and Spring Hill. Both experiences were very good. Their kind staff is very concerned with how a pet feels during the visit. My cat is not a very nice patient but they treated her with understanding, patience and empathy. The payment plan is very helpful but I'd go there even without one offered. I drive an hour to get to the Cool Springs location and it's worth every minute.
