My 2 dogs have been going to My Second Home for years for grooming but have never boarded there. They are older and smaller dogs so they need to be by themselves….they stayed in the Serenity Suites. I loved that I could do the Pre-Check In online prior to drop off. The staff took very good care of them while they were there. I could tell that they really focus on maintaining a very organized and super clean facility. Hailey also did their grooming prior to pick up which was very convenient. Highly recommend.
