I have had all of my pets vaccinations and spay/neuter services done here and it was always a great experience. Yes they are busy but they are always professional and pleasant. I had no problem with the front desk personnel she was informative and thorough.

Best neuter experience! I’m not sure what some of those negative reviews are talking about…the front desk staff were so nice and they explained everything very clearly when I picked up my puppy from neutering. They were patient to answer all of my questions too. My puppy had no issues with his recovery and we saved over $500 by taking him here. Definitely recommend!

Very happy with service we just received for our male chihuahua Capone. We were quoted at our own vet up to $698 for him to be neutered. Capital city did it for $132 and that included his e collar and at home pain medication. He is 6 days post op and doing great! The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Customer service was very good and everyone was very nice, so I hate leaving less than 5 stars, however, I'm pretty pissed at the non-communication of this place. When I called MONTHS ago to schedule our pups spay, I was told it would cost $205. I added a 6 month supply of Heartguard, which increased the bill, which I obviously expected. What I did NOT expect was received a phone call HOURS later, even after picking up our pup, wand being told I was not charged for the Heartfuard and needed to pay for it then. When I told the lady that I did pay for it and what I was quoted and what the bill came to, she simply said, yes well our rates went up at of Dec 1st...😳 Well, shouldn't that have been brought up when I talked to staff last week??? Complete lack of professionalism on their end! **Update** After speaking with staff, I am dropping another star and will NEVER be going back to here again. Nor will I recommend anyone to go here. Granted, yes, they took amazing care of my sweet pup. Her surgery went well, her incision looks great, she's doing amazing! However, the customer service sucks. The woman I spoke with literally argued with myself AND my husband for almost 12 minutes and just kept repeating the same thing over and over and just kept talking OVER us instead of listening. Do better people!
