Excellent experience with this pet shipping company. I had a dedicated contact person, Jessica, an International Move Manager, who was incredibly responsive, professional and efficient. And she was kind and calm too, which was really nice during a stressful move. Shipping pets internationally is really difficult administratively and one of the things I was very grateful for is all the help in gathering the right pet and travel documentation, and specifically that they took care of the USDA Accredited Vet Exam requirements and documentation. I still had to take my pets to the USDA Accredited vet but they handled all the paperwork directly with the animal hospital. The company also provides a lot of helpful information on how to make the trip easier on the pets, even including sending a soundtrack of the airport loading area to be played loudly to pets to get them used to the noise. I also ordered the correct size pet kennel from the company, as well as special water bowls for the kennels. My pets still were pretty shell-shocked arriving in Europe, but they travelled in as much comfort as possible and were immediately taken care of upon arrival. They were taken to a room with water, a bit of food and litterboxes, and the kennels were checked and cleaned as necessary. As I paid for the full suite of services, the pets were delivered at my address in Europe, which I found very helpful. They were back to normal within a few days. Across the board an excellent experience and I highly recommend this company.

Krystal at Air Animal has helped us through 2 international moves to London and back to NYC. Her quick wits and care during the 2018 govt shutdown ensured that we were able to get our paperwork completed to keep everything on track. When it was time to return to the US in 2024, we were delighted to have Krystal take care of our senior dog again and ensure he had a safe and comfortable journey. Jessica at Air Animal moved Princess Leia from Southampton, NY to Cape Town. I am a very nervous pet owner and from the outset it was clear that Jessica was very experienced. Jessica was always available to speak to me although it was not always immediate which initially was disconcerting, but I soon realized Jessica was “on it”. My USDA veterinarian also said Air Animal was one of the most organized companies she had ever worked with. I am especially given Jessica 5 stars because plans changed at the last minute and she showed incredible flexibility and most importantly, I received all my documents in time. Thanks Jess for a job very well done.

Best company I have ever dealt with. I worked with Cathy Jenns who is amazing and I moved my four dogs from Wisconsin to St Thomas US Virgin Islands. They helped me with what cages I needed all paperwork and cage labels etc. They were very very detailed and in constant communication. Wonderful company.

Air Animal Pet Movers transported my dog and cat by van from my previous home in Washington, DC, to my new one in Southern California. They and the driver were superb! The coordinator carefully explained every step of preparation and logistics, and their thoroughness was helpful and reassuring. They arrived exactly on the day estimated at the beginning and were in great shape - now adjusting to their new surroundings!
