I just want to start off by saying that Banfield Hunter’s Green is by far the best!!! Every single person that works there are the greatest!!! They’re so wonderful and caring also very professional Tiffany is the manager if I’m not mistaken she is very understanding very kind and just wonderful!!! I’m sure all the Veterinarians that works there are great but Doctor Leon who’s no longer with the hospital was the best Veterinarian I’ve ever had by far!!!!THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR PETS TO BE TAKING CARE OF WITH LOVE…IM Truly grateful for everyone that works there!!! ❤️

The Hunters Green Banfield Hospital team is amazing. I had the pleasure of being provided the best customer service today from Leilani, Isabella and Dr. Brake! This team at Hunters Green Banfield is the best!!!! I will not take my pet anywhere else I was looking for a new vet and medical team for my pet. I found the most amazing bedside manners with this team. Thank you for all that you do! You all are awesome!!!!

When one thinks of taking their beloved pet for a routine immunization visit, the expectation is for a straightforward, affordable care session; however, my recent experience at Banfield Vet Clinic sharply contrasts this expectation, revealing a stark reality that pet owners today must face. The clinic, once known for its accessibility and reasonable pricing, has seemingly shifted its stance, now positioning itself at the higher end of the spectrum, with costs that can only be described as prohibitive for the average pet owner. During a recent visit for basic immunizations, nothing in the service could justify the staggering bill of over $200. This was a visit devoid of any fancy tests, procedures, or unexpected complications — just a simple, routine immunization. It's bewildering to think that for a service so essential as keeping our pets healthy and protected from disease, the cost has escalated to such an extent. Even more astonishing is the fact that these prices are not outliers but rather place Banfield at the 90th percentile of national average costs for pet follow-up visits.

LOST MY DOGS VACCINATION RECORDS! They took the only physical copies I had and promised to put them in their system. Now that I NEED those records for a new rental they apparently can't find them. I shouldn't have to pay because of their negligence.

My dog and I are always taken care of. We arrive and usually only wait 5 mins before my dog is taken for her appointment. Parking can be rough but it all depends on the time of day you arrive. I like the stand alone locations.

Dr Blaustein and the entire Hunters Green tech staff has been a blessing to my dogs Leia and Pedro! When I first moved to Tampa, I began here. I now live in St Pete, and *still* commute here for the superior care that other Tampa Bay Banfield locations severely lacked for us. I always receive 1 or 2 follow up calls checking in on my senior pups after any visit, major or minor. Dr. Blaustein explains everything thoroughly and directly, and has been the most consistent and reliable vet I have had and I am greatly appreciative of all the staff at this location!
