We called Blue Pearl on Tuesday because our lab was hacking and nothing was coming out. We were concerned with the possibility of twisted stomach or bloat based on some internet searching. We brought his sister in with him for moral support, and they were fine having both dogs in the room together. The staff was so friendly and got us right in. They were efficient and able to rule out any of our concerns. We had used Blue Pearl a few years back as we had to say goodbye to our last furry family member, and they were so thoughtful and made the experience much less painful ❤️

The staff at BluePearl were so kind and welcoming. I had to take my 5 month kitten, Pixie, in late at night to be been seen after just adopting her a few days prior. They were very thorough with taking her history & quick to have her evaluated. I was nervous the entire time, meanwhile they were reassuring and patient. The vet had the best energy and made sure I had each of my millions of questions answered. Afterwards, the nurse broke down the cost of different treatment options, which was very helpful in determining what was best for Pixie. Eval & treatment will be expensive no matter where you go, but I loved the fact that they didn’t force me to indulge in everything & only suggested those that were highly recommended. Otherwise, totally worth it for the comfort/health of your pets. As a first-time cat owner, this experience was scary but I wouldn’t have gotten through it without their help. Now, Pixie is as playful & normal (as cats can be). She was a completely different cat after this visit, in the best way possible. I attached photos for reference. Always nice. Helped my loved one on couple different urgent situations. Nice that if pets need to go to the actual emergency room Blue Pearl won't have to run all the same tests you already paid for prior. Loved it.

I am so grateful that Blue Pearl Urgent Care was open for my cat. She was straining to use the litter box and had drops of bloody urine coming out on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I was not about to wait until Monday morning to find out if my regular vet could see her. The Urgent Care staff and Dr Mango were so very welcoming and helpful. Really a godsend. They did not push unnecessary treatments but prescribed the appropriate meds for a UTI which included an antibiotic, prazosin for the spasms and gabapentin for pain. The cost was about $400 including the three meds which was very reasonable. With six cats and a dog I am very aware of what things cost at veterinary clinics. Had urgent care not been open My only option would have been to go to the emergency vet clinic which would have been multiple times the cost. With Kiara starting to feel much better by Monday I was able to go to work confident that she would be okay. I would encourage anyone who cannot wait for their regular vet to go to Blue Pearl Urgent Care. I'm so happy I found them and will not hesitate to go again if necessary.

From the check in process through checking out the team here went above and beyond and were SO kind and caring. Belkis was our tech and she was so friendly and so loving to my pup. Dr. Mango took her time to thoroughly explain everything and really made it an overall great experience. Thank you so much to this team!

Blue Pearl Urgent Care was FANTASTIC with my dog when we brought her in for an urgent issue. Short wait and very attentive thorough exam and treatment options were presented. Cost was actually very reasonable and best part was that I could tell the staff all really cared and my pet was in good hands!
