Staff is knowledgeable and deals with a wide variety of pets and health concerns and takes the time out of their day to really explain everything. They ALL took suck good care of my bunny when he was sick. They went above and beyond giving him his favorite foods and lots of attention. They were also very compassionate keeping me updated with phone calls and pictures. I can’t say enough positive things about this amazing and professional group. They exceeded all expectations. Do you have a pet rabbit? If so, this is a great vet for you. It’s hard to find truly knowledgeable vets for rabbits, particularly if your rabbit is sick. Rabbits can go from fine to critical so quickly, and it’s great to have a vet who can really walk you through your rabbit’s care in a crisis situation. The pricing was very straightforward and upfront, and the care was kind and so thorough. I’d recommend to any rabbit owner

They deserve all accolades and recognition! Every time I’ve been there, they treat me and my pet with the importance as if we are their only client. They took their time, answered all my questions and took time to provide additional information so I felt confident even after we left. I received follow up check ins with honest concern for how things were. The receptionist, Chandler, was genuine and friendly both on the phone and in person. Our tech, who I apologize I don’t remember her name, was incredibly gentle and patient. Dr Duvall is such a non judgmental person and she instantly helped us feel calmer in our emergency situation. My family and I are forever grateful for everyone at Exotic Vet Care!!

Dr. Amanda Morvai, Chandler and Katie are incredible, professional, friendly, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, calming, experienced and trusting! They took excellent and loving care of my Guinea Pig! The hospital is clean, organized, and well managed.
