I've known the CCR folks since the very first year they were operating. I met the founder at a Paws in the Park event and within a few months, had taken in my first ever foster. A beautiful red bone named Maple. I have since fostered 2 other times and adopted 2 of their rescues. Their oyster roast is one of my favorite events of the year. CCR does great work for an often overlooked demographic of dogs.
