People from front desk very nice also the vet. But, if you care about the confort of your pet do not put them on board in this place. They put them a big cages and they only give them a towel on the floor for them. Also, when picked up my dog from here he got cough cage when I arrived nobody was wearing mask not even the employees.

What started out good ended bad 10/17/2018 I’m adding to my review. As I continued to take my Corgi to be groomed the quality of her bath, toe trim, became worse. She continued to come back without throughly being dried. Because of this she developed a hot spot( severe itching from bacteria )which caused her to bite the area until her hair was gone and her skin bloody. The bacteria was present in the area where the dogs are bathed which means they are not regularly disinfecting it. Vetrinary bill $125.00 + agony for my baby. Stay away.

Boarded my dog there. When I went to pick him up, the clinic was closed for the morning. They didn't tell me that when I dropped him off. After waiting over an hour, they had not bathed him. I am looking for other options for boarding.

We had to have one of our sweet babies put down due to extreme arthritis and they were so kind and supportive. Our furbabies are well taken care of here and the groomers do a wonderful job.
