This veterinary clinic is so great! All of the staff here, from the receptionists to the vet techs, and vets are so kind and helpful. They remember both you and your fur babies by name, call to check in after sick appointments, sit down with you to explain a full cost breakdown, and will make sure you’re well taken care of even when they’re closed. I can’t recommend enough. Huge thank you to Tiffany, Dr. Manning, Dr. Gitter-Fox, Dr. Freda, and all of the lovely vet techs for taking such great care of Mercury!

I cannot share enough how amazing this place is. And I stress "Place" because it is everyone there. From the front desk to the technicians to the Vet, they are always so kind and aware. Today was a turbulent day for me and Piglet. She had to have some teeth removed. Not only did they have a professional, empathetic conversation with me, they also gave Piglet special care. They identified that she feels comfortable while being carried. AND THAT'S WHAT THEY DID! - They treated her more than a patient, but as my best friend. 5 stars isn't enough. If you want someone to love your special one as much as you, East Side Animal Hospital is that place!

We boarded our diabetic cat, Clancy, over the holidays. We have boarded him a number of times in the past. They take very good care of him- he gets insulin shots twice a day. They have even emailed us pictures of him. The staff who tend to him are very professional, kind, trustworthy and caring. I don’t know how they do it, but he always comes back looking better than when we dropped him off! The Reception staff visit him during the day. They are all great and we cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!! Joan and Randy

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The care my rescue dog has received over the years by all of the vets is outstanding. East Side has become our family. All of the staff from reception, vet techs and doggy day care staff are caring and exceptional. I would ignore any negative reviews since everyone I know has only had positive experiences here. Were are so fortunate to have East Side!

What a wonderful experience puppy Layla had with this team! Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie and Tiffany were so helpful and able to manage a lot of different issues with the pets and their owners at the front desk. Dr. Maya answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. 10/10 experience for this first time dog mama

I have been with East side animal hospital for 3 years. The phone operator in March 4th 2024 was super unprofessional and impatient with my questions when I was simply having question about vet record. She repeatly tried to cut me off and being aggressive when I was trying to ask question. Worst attitude I have encountered from front desk/ operator. She doesn't want to be helpful at all just want everyone to shutup and enjoy her day.
