Dr. G is the best! I have been coming here for YEARS with all my dogs, my mom comes her for her dogs. This team really cares about animals and will not push you into paying for unnecessary procedures. They walk you through each concern or suggestion, they are patient and offer alternative solutions. I love how much they genuinely care for animals.

Dr. G is really great, but it is so difficult to get in touch with anyone at this office. Our cat was prescribed medicine during the summer, and we were asked to follow up with them after he finished the medicine. I called several times but never got a response, so I left a message and never heard back. I called in November to make an appointment for our cat to get his booster shots in December and clean his teeth. The receptionist said he needed to consult the doctor to get an estimate and would call me back in 24-48 hours. I waited a week and then called them again to see if they had the estimate ready, but no one answered. My husband and I called them every day for a week straight so that we could book the appointment. We left messages again for them to call us back. No one ever answered the phone or returned our messages. It's unfortunate as Dr. G is so great with our cat, but working with this place is such a hassle. We've found another vet in the area that is more responsive and has a website where you can make appointments.

I made an appointment for the Neurology department with Dr. West for my cat that has seizures to make changes to his medication. Upon appointment after waiting almost an hour, we were seen by a doctor, however it was not Dr. West who I made the appointment with. I was extremely disappointed, as I do not live close to this animal hospital and had confirmed twice on the phone prior to coming in, we would in fact be seen by the doctor I made the appt for, as I done research and wanted that particular vet to see my pet. After appt, we increased both my pets meds frequency and dose. As a result he is having more seizure activity since the increase. I'm disappointed in the results and lack of enthusiasm to help achieve a better outcome after calling back in and informing the vet on the negative changes in his seizure activity.

It doesn't get better than Dr. G. He has always provided the best care for my pets and I've had quite a few! Yes sometimes the wait could be a bit long, but it's because he doesn't rush through an appointment and he is extremely thorough during an examination. Thanks for all the care and support you have provided to Rebecca, Layla, Madison, Duke, and Cookie.
