I called to inquire about a certain animal, and the representative was EXTREMELY NASTY AND RUDE!!! I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS MICHELLE. Not only did she pick up the phone with an attitude she basically accused us of prank calls, and she had the audacity to ask me why I didn't know my office number after I had already given her my cell phone as well. I specifically asked her to use my cell instead so she can better reach me . She didn't not help us at all. So please Animal world , make sure that your employees and associates are respectful and are attending to your customers in a better fashion.
