We decided to adopt a rabbit. They were so helpful and answered all of my questions. I sent emails to Aime and she answered promptly and assisted me through the whole process. BTW our bunny is really happy and a nice part of my family now.

This review is specifically for the Cat Foster Team of the ACC Manhattan location. Wonderful group of humans. My email communications and my in-person interactions with all the Cat Foster Staff has been positive and informative. It is almost my 1 year anniversary of being one of ACC's foster parents/cat caregivers/guardians. I love fostering for ACC. My first foster cat case resulted in my adopting my sweet fur baby boy. Since then, I have continued to foster in helping the cause. If you are considering adopting, fostering or volunteering, please choose ACC of NYC. Whenever I visit the ACC of Manhattan location, all the staff seem to be so attentive and caring with all the animals. The amount of tragedy and trauma ACC staff see on a daily basis with countless sentient beings/beloved fur babies- we outsiders can only imagine and have empathy. We animal lovers can best support the super hardworking, dedicated, devoted staff of ACC of NYC by becoming foster guardians and volunteering to assist staff. We can adopt from ACC and keep spreading the word. One of the best decisions I made was attending the Cat Foster Program Orientation and following up with the steps to become one of ACC's Cat Foster guardians/caregivers. I have no doubt all ACC's animal foster programs and volunteer programs are excellent. Wonderful fosters are needed for the cats, dogs, rabbits etc. Volunteers too to assist staff in the shelters are needed as well. I highly recommend ACC of NYC Manhattan location Foster Cat Program. I believe you will be so glad you did just as I am. :)

My experience was excellent the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everything was organized well and the process was quicker than expected. I came in provided my information looked at some rabbits and was able to take one home the same day. ACC was definitely the best decision I made to getting a new pet.

I sent in my application online for a few dogs at the ACC. Lovely Isabella called me to see what we were looking for in a new family addition. She hooked us up with the most precious 5 1/2 year old and it feels like she's been here forever. The entire process was so smooth, very mindful of the animals, and I highly recommend you help save a life. They couldn't make it any easier. Love this foster program. It's great to have an insight into their behavior outside of the shelter. Thank you for all you are doing. You're truly special people.

We have been in transitional living situations for a year while my rescue pup got worse and Alexander and the Staff were covid conscious and empathetic. Their kindness and professionalism were exactly what I needed. They handled my Lolis with dignity and grace. I will always be incredibly grateful for their help. I got my paw prints in a beautiful card. Adopt. Donate. Volunteer. Thank you to all the staff for your attentive care in the loss of a doggie who rescued me💖🐶🐾
