5/1/2024 Alley had her annual checkup and the vet and vet techs were great with her! She is doing very well and i appreciate the staff here. 12/10/2023 I brought my Alley girl here last Friday and have spoken with several of the veterinarians and staff. They have all been very nice and helpful! My Alley is improving under their care and I am forever thankful!!! 😻 Everyone here was very helpful and caring especially Stephanie. Dr Saleh showed much concern for my fur baby, Tony Salem and I’m hoping the things he did will help. A very great experience!!!!

I took my dog to get groomed by Marc on 3/21. Murph walked in perfectly fine and happy. When I picked my dog up from grooming, he was limping. When I got home, I noticed almost all his nails from his back paws were cut too short and oozing with blood. I took him back in the very next day, 3/22, where I was told what happened to him was completely normal. I had to pay for pain medication and was told he will be back to normal in no time.Fast forward a little over a week later and my dog is still limping and in worse condition. He was taken back on 4/1 and X-rays were done. It was said that he has injured his back in the same spot he was injured a few years ago- a strain. Dr. Burgos and Dr. Saleh are now saying his limp and not being able to walk is due to a reoccurring injury. Mind you, he has never had an injury like this ever again until he was seen by your groomers. This injury happened at your facility in the hands of your workers. When signs of blood were seen, grooming should have been stopped immediately. But, it was continued. Now I am facing upcoming vet bills because your office neglected to add in the special notes about his previous back injury. I trusted your staff to be gentle and loving with my dog. But, you hurt him. In the words of Dr Saleh “you should be more careful and not take your pet to be groomed.” This is not a place where the vets and staff care and have empathy for your pet.

Super informative doctors and staff, beautifully clean office, they ask you all right questions about your pets history to get a much better understanding for their care. Unlike past vet clinics I’ve been to. One of the doctors spotted a mistake from our past vet and caught it in time and for that we are super grateful! Saved our kitten from a lot of pain. Happy, healthy patient after her visit to the doc!

A very good, caring Veterinary practice. We saw Dr Elizabeth Wynn for a consultation to plan health check ups and dental care for our 3 cats in a month or so. She was lovely, friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable. She really took time to talk with me and my husband and answer all our questions and concerns. The reception crew were top notch, they ushered us into a room specifically for cats; with a cat tower, toys and treats. There was a padded bench against a wall for us to sit on while we waited. We were offered water or coffee while waiting. (We did not wait long at all). We appreciated all this very much, good team work and communication between staff, the Vets and ourselves.

Dr. Saleh is the best! And so are the nurses, you can tell they truly care and treat your animals like your own. I feel so relieved finding them, they are knowledgeable, compassionate and are a 10/10 facility. My dog needed an ultrasound and I was getting frustrated it seems everywhere else I had to book multiple appointments and then keeping referred to different people. I was overwhelmed! But this hospital can do it all. A one stop shop. If you’re looking for someone to trust with your pets, just go here!! So happy to have a place I can feel confident in. Also their hours are incredible!

The most friendly and professional team, from check in to check out; They made it easy and relax. They kept us updated every few hours about the status of our dog Jack; that took the stress of my son specialy. Definitely highly recommend Ehrlich Animal Hospital.
