It's the best. They treat you and your animal with so much care and concern. Never have to wait long. The doctors are amazing with the animals. Our dog is 14 years old and he's been going there since he was a pup. I trust in Animal Medical Center with my dog Liam solar God bless all the dogs in the world and animals

Thank you so much to everyone!!! Dr. Delgado went above and beyond taking care of my sweet Charlie boy! I will be eternally grateful that she stayed after her shift was over to oversee his care with such kindness and compassion. It truly means so much; words cannot express it enough. And also a huge thank you to Dr. Daniels for all of her prompt and detailed communication about his status while the team continued to run tests and treat him. I so appreciated the videos, not only because they let me see his progress, but also because I could tell how kindly and patiently everyone was treating him. Everyone at the check-in desk was also amazing, kind, and as efficient as possible. And there was a very nice man who kept Charlie calm when I filled out paperwork upon arrival and then again helped me get Charlie into our Uber when it was time to go home — I wish I knew his name so I could thank him personally. I am so glad we were able to go to AMC. I can rest easy knowing Charlie received the best medical care available in NYC and will hopefully make a speedy recovery because of it! Thank you everyone!

I took my cat, Olive, here Monday evening when she stopped putting weight on her right hind leg and showed signs of being in pain. They got us in quickly and the vet techs and vet showed such care for her. While the prognosis was not good and I did have to take her in to my regular vet for a biopsy, the vet was very communicative and made sure I was able to take her home with a prescription for pain medication and clear instructions with how to proceed. Additionally, the hospital was able to set me up with a payment plan for the bills. Looking over the invoice, the cost of the tests and prescriptions were actually very reasonable; the most expensive charge was the $290 emergency exam fee. While this is a lot of money for an exam, I consider it well worth the cost for the speed with which we were seen and the care they showed my cat. Olive is doing better today but we are waiting on biopsy results to know more.

I had my female dog spayed by Dr. Roswell. From my pre-spaying communication with the AMC and Primary Care staff through the surgery my experience had been nothing short than extraordinary. I never had any doubt that she would be in great care and I was not disappointed. A shout out to Jade from Primary Care with whom I had frequent telephone conversations and emails.

They have the most knowledgeable staff and if you have a really serious pet issue, this is the only place to go. They did delicate surgery on my very small Chihuahua, Pippy. It seemed to go successfully. However, during her recovery it's she took a turn for the worst unfortunately, but I wouldn't have trusted her to any other animal care facility.

My Frenchie stopped walking and this was the only place that would see and take him immediately. They determined he required surgery with a 90% chance he could recover. They called me multiple times a day while he was hospitalized to provide updates. One week later, he was home and taking steps. That was in January. Now he’s walking, running, and attempting stairs. There’s a lot of progress he still needs to make but before this hospital, we had little hope! Thank you Schwarzman!
