Dr. Turley and his staff have taken great care of my two cats for the past few years - we’ve been for a variety of regular check ups, a neuter surgery, and even some visits for non-emergency kitty illness. I have always had all my questions answered and my cats beautifully taken care of. Dr. Turley is highly knowledgeable and I always feel I can trust his medical recommendations to be in the best interest of my animals. My kitten’s neuter was done perfectly and he healed with no complications - I even got a call several days after he came home to check on his recovery.

I never minded Dr. Turley being less personable with people because I'm not at this office to make friends. I've told individuals this when they complained to me. I hadn't been to this office in years, but my cat was ill, very ill. I just wasn't aware. This place is not the place to take an animal that is ill or if you need test results immediately because you will wait longer than 24 hours before you receive results. If you ask the front desk clerk for an estimated time of when you can expect the result that she just stated they had at 8 am, she will laugh at your question. When Dr. Turley has time to look over the result, after his morning and afternoon preoccupied with surgeries, when he calls you, instead of telling you that your cat needs to be rushed to ER vet because he can't help your cat, he will want to discuss the result. While I need results, if an animal is dying or you can't help it because of its condition, one should lead with that information, especially if yiuve sat on results all day while my cat is suffering. Everything about this situation was handled terribly. And after $280 at Hamilton Road, I still didn't have help for my cat. And after $880 at medvet for seeing him and suggesting that I spend 6-10k to save my cat, i asked them to treat him as an outpatient and got a new vet in the morning. My cat is doing better now. I waited to write this review, because i was too emotional and livid about this situation initially. For someone to be so ignorant as to laugh at someone requesting a time of when they will have results about their sick pet is disgusting to me. We all know there wouldn't have been laughter if I was standing there. Also, it is very poor business practices to wait that long to let someone know their pet is dying. If you don't have time in the A.M. to review results that your receptionist already stated you had, then pay someone else to or have horrible results highlighted in a different color so you know to review asap. This office used to be full of professional vets and staff. That is no longer the case. Not even close. People love their pets. They are family members who deserve excellent treatment and so do their owners. I don't ask for a red carpet to be laid out for me. What I do expect is compassion and the best treatment for my animal. We received neither. And while it has been years, this was my family's vet for many, many years. Disappointed doesn't even describe how I feel. No response is needed to the review for your office. Don't attempt to gaslight me if you do respond. This office is lucky I am leaving it at an honest review.

Compassionate most of the time, PROFESSIONAL ALL OF THE TIME. Dr Turley is dedicated to the Care of animals, assistant Vet is soft spoken, gets on the level with the animal to comfort them and assure them they are treated gently and thoroughly. Staff might be a bit more welcoming at times We had a small emergency that turned into an expensive one,- but our little one began to improve IMMEDIATELY after being seen and medications administered

I took my euro doby here to have his ears done. I was skeptical at first. After his ears were done I returned 3 times for follow up postings (no additional cost). He told me before that it could take more but I was happy at that point. I would use them again. Thank you
