I highly recommend Barks & Rec – they employ people who love taking care of and playing with the dogs almost as much as us pawrents. We regularly use their daycare to help socialize and tire out our puppies. I recently had our pups boarded here while my husband recuperated from surgery. I originally only made a one night reservation but when I needed them to stay an extra night unexpectedly they assured us it was no problem and the pups were doing great (plus the pricing for boarding was very reasonable - even with the last minute extended stay!). I never worry that they’re lonely or not getting enough attention and I always know that B&R’s first priority is their safety and comfort.

My dog has been going to daycare almost weekly since August and she loves it! Every report card I get from daycare has at least one picture of her smiling 😂 The staff are all very friendly and take good care of the pups! On my first day they even gave me a tour of the facilities before I left. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well managed! My dog had a little incident while I was boarding her, even though I was out of town Leanna made sure to keep me updated and took care of everything. I highly recommend Barks and Rec!

Barks and Rec is such a wonderful daycare center! I love the inclusive environment they have with how they like to hire differently abled persons! It's also fun getting the cute report cards with pictures of your dog having the time of their life! Last time I brought my dog in he was literally tugging at my leash towards the entrance! He loves it here!

Great crew and pack! Grey loves going to "boarding school" (boarding w/ daycare). The daycare and boarding/daycare packages offer a phenomenal value. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. They also provide a "report card" that includes photos of my pup, and sometimes they even feature him on their Facebook story (yes - he's famous now). Also, Barks & Rec - Columbus creates and supports job and career opportunities for moms & folks with disabilities. We love this place! ❤️❤️❤️

Darcy LOVES going to daycare at Barks and Rec. The staff is so friendly and good to our pup. It is so reasonably priced, it was a no brainer for us to start taking her there. Customer service is excellent and they clearly treat her well there because she bounces off the wall with happy excitement when we tell her she gets to go play with her friends at daycare.

As an employee here, I'm a bit biased, but admittedly I'm also a customer, so I'll still make the post nonetheless! The team here is full of exceptional people and personalities who love and care for the dogs. The boarding is affordable, and the dogs get all the attention they need. Daycare is a blast, and I occasionally bring my youngest dog with me to play with all her pals. Keeley, our groomer, is something of a miracle worker - and I highly recommend her for any breed. Overall, this place is the only place I ever intend to have take care of my dogs.
