Plunkett’s technician, Nate Williams, is knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining animal behavior and how to prevent urban wildlife from nesting where they are not welcomed. He and Jake did an excellent job installing a no-dig barrier around my shed in the backyard. It is hardly noticeable. I recommend Plunkett’s Pest Control and ask for Nate. Over the past few years, he has installed barriers around my front porch and attic vents. He does excellent work.

Technicians caught the squirrels. This service company earned four stars. To get five stars, the company needed to go beyond the minimum requirements from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to check traps once every 24 hours. Humane treatment is EXTREMELY important to me. If a critter is caught in a trap and the weather is bad, send someone to get the critter to safety. I had a squirrel in a trap and the forecast called for temperatures to drop into the teens. I called for help. This company did not send anyone out to rescue the squirrel. I was lucky to find a neighbor with a long enough ladder to help me take down the trap so that I could take the squirrel into my garage overnight and cover up the trap to keep the critter warm.

Hired to take care of animal that visits out attic regularly. My initial thought was that the trap will be placed inside my attic where the animal comes. However the trap was placed outside on the roof. Even after a month there was no animal that was caught. I received an estimate the close all the vents under the roof which I did not take. The estimate to close all the vents was around 2500 Dollars Here we are with the same problem again. The Animal comes daily and the problem is not resolved. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service. After paying 400 dollars there is no result. I am not sure why someone will place a trap outside and not in the attic. I hope they read this message and get back to me. If the problem is not resolved why pay money.

The Varment Guard/Plucketts team trapped and removed 10 squirrels from our attic and sealed off space/repaired animal damage in less than a week. Very professional and excellent communication. The service is not cheap--but I feel very satisfied with the work and the excellent service we received. Everyone we dealt with did excellent work.
