I called a week ago. And three people directed me back to the same number. My mom’s neighborhood has a BEAR roaming around for about 2 months now. The bear was LITERALLY at my mom’s FRONT DOOR. She is 95 years old. We are afraid for her to go outside. There has been NUMEROUS SIGHTINGS by neighbors. Still no one has called be back.

I called them because a snake had infiltrated into my garage. They answered immediately, transferred me to the right department and then sent a person over who arrived 14 minutes after making the initial call. They were responsive and efficient!

One time, I tried to help some birds and the lady got angry at me, yelled at me and then tried to get rid of me telling me she’d call me back'[never did] I'm not sure why they expect people to be call in a pleasant mood, when they are distressed about the purpose of the call. Also tried calling once on Sunday and nobody was available to help. Afraid your 'animal emergencies' need to be within a time frame. DISAPPOINTED. Animal lovers should do this job and know about this

I asked for help where I can get a trap for a raccoon the lady said, "no.". She just hung up from there my daughter who was next to me just sat there in amazement and said "wow, they are rude." I thought that as well they have really bad costumer service.
