Love the staff here. Been taking my puppy since he was only 8 weeks. They have a separate isolated area too for animals that are sick to not infect others.

We've been taking our dog there for 2 years with Dr. Hier being his primary vet and we have had no complaints. However once he retired the clinic went down hill. We had a scheduled appointment where we had to wait an hour before our dog was actually seen. But on another instance we were 10 minutes late due to traffic and they refused to see our dog. We will never go back.

I love Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital! The staff always makes me feel like family. They care for me, as much as they have care for my animals.

Don't let the overall star rating fool you! It fooled me when we joined with this office. The reason this office has a decently high rating is due to all of the previous reviews from before the organization changed management. As I have recently learned, the practice management was switched over to a corporation. Since then, the practice has suffered in terms of the care of animals, customer service, transparency, reliable care, and staffing. Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital has cost us much more than any other veterinary practice. If you are curious for yourself, call around to your other local vets. You will find that the same procedures, exams, etc., cost much less at other vets. I believe this is due to the management switch and the organization becoming more "corporate," finding ways to make more money. This animal hospital is notorious for recommending unnecessary tests and procedures in order to gain more financially. This is well-known in the community as I have learned after asking around. Additionally, they have quoted us incorrect amounts prior to procedures, and then provided us with a much higher bill after the procedure. In terms of general admin and office abilities, expect long wait times. We have never gone in when our appointment time was scheduled for due to long wait times. Once you do get started, appointments take a long time as well, and it seems this is due to short staffing. You will also find their hours have fluctuated due to staffing issues as well, making them an unreliable office to trust for your pets needs. Some of the staff members are kind and do genuinely care about animals, but unfortunately the primary vet at the office is not thorough in care, straightforward, or knowledgeable, contributing to many of these issues. If you expect to have a relationship where your vet remembers your animal or can at least read their chart and familiarize themselves with your animal's specific needs, you will be disappointed with Bethany Centennial. Going to this vet clinic feels like visiting a new vet every time. In terms of the front desk staff, Vivien in particular is very unpleasant to work with. She is hostile in her approach, passive aggressive, and inconsistent in her discussions and thoughts. Her personality, demeanor, and ability to apply logic make her very difficult to work with, even if you have your facts straight. We should have left this practice much sooner and regret staying for as long as we did. Please save yourself time, energy, and money by seeking veterinary care elsewhere. Ask around to multiple vet offices to compare prices and office availability. Read reviews and take note of the recent poor reviews versus the overall rating. I am sure Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital will reply to this review and deny these claims. This is expected given their dishonest nature. Alternatively, they might offer an apology and provide their phone number for a phone call as a calculated move to make them seem approachable and reasonable to you-- potential clients reading these reviews. However, this response is also dishonest, as they have already refused to discuss our concerns further. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt strongly enough about how misled we have been by Bethany Centennial to post now. I hope this review can help prevent you from trusting this office with the care of your fur babies.

Absolutely the best pet doctor ever! Dr. Moghal and his entire staff are kind and loving! BCAH has been my pet doctors for over 23 years! I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!!!

My cat Ginger had check up at BCAH, all went well. Staff at Bethany were helpful and courteous putting Ginger at ease — considering she isn’t a want to get in car and go see Vet cat.
