The staff here is very rude. My mother drove all the way up from Hyattsville to look at the cats. Only to be told she could not even look at the cats unless the landlord approves it. We told the person that she has had cats and the landlord does not care. Also my disabled step father came too and had a hard time walking around the store. Me and my fiance have been in this store looking at animals for an hour and no one offered to help us or talked to us. I have played with cats before in this store and they never asked for signed papers from my landlord. None of us will be back.

Very good place. It is very clean and pet-friendly. You can take your dogs to this store. Also, there is a good adoption program. Cute Cats.

Love this location so much. The staff really goes above and beyond. Lucky for me, Rachael (hope I spelled right) was working today. I had a million questions. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I got a new fish tank along with all the necessities to set up a good quality environment for some new fish. Thanks for the great experience! Definitely going to keep coming back they had everything I need for my Guinea pigs and dog as well, all reasonably priced.

I came in the store…this white gentleman immediately and aggressively asked me if he could help me. I initially thought it was kinda odd because I didn’t hear him ask anyone else. A few moments later as I’m scrolling on my phone, he asked me again if he could help me; I said no again. As I was taking a picture of a product on the shelf he told me I can’t take pictures or videos in his store and then asked me to see my I.D. It’s 2024 and I understand that some people are stuck in their ways but I have never been told I can take a picture or video of an item in the store. Beware if you’re black coming here. I left because he seemed like he wanted an issue and rather than get violated by him or the police I left. Beware if you’re black coming here!!!

I had a 10 AM appointment for my cat toenail cutting this morning, got there and was passively told "Oh, is that Ginger? Well the tech didn't show up, you need to reschedule." It is a big struggle for me to get the cat there, and this was very disappointing. I probably will not go back.
