My mom has a hen, and needed to find a new home for her. I contacted Lisa two days ago, asking her if she would be able to take in Henny. We coordinated a day and time, and I just dropped her off. Lisa was SO welcoming, kind, and gentle. She showed me where Henny will be spending time. She also spent time with her, and gave me the run down of how the next couple days will go. Without me asking, she offered to send pictures / updates. What a BEAUTIFUL place. Thank you for all that you do, Lisa.

The animals arrive scared and unsure of what is going on. Day by day, week by week, month by month...at some point they all realize they have landed safely. All animals are loved and are taking care of 1000%. At BMAS the animals sleep soundly at night probably for the first time in their life.. I love this peaceful place...for me it's heaven on earth. The tour was very personal and slow paced to create an intimate experience. The animals' stories were told and we were able to spend lots of time interacting with the animals.
