Great staff, always incredibly helpful. They've worked to get my dog in when he needed it, they're incredibly kind and patient with animals with fear based anxiety. Elliott is always friendly at the front desk, the tech Savannah is incredibly knowledgeable and Dr. Alexander is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this location to anyone.

I’m writing today because I’ve noticed that the Benfield location in Dorsey Hall has been consistently dirty during my recent visits. The last time I was there, the nurse was still cleaning the room after she called me and my dog in. Despite her efforts, the corners of the room remained dirty, and there were white crumbs scattered on the exam table. Additionally, another table in the room was covered in dust, and there was a strong smell of urine. Overall, it left a very unsanitary impression.

Dr. Alexander, Elliott and the rest of the Banfield gang are the best providers. They provide excellent customer service as well as pet care.

Unfortunately my last two encounters ended with what I believe to be subpar service. I was not pleased and my fur baby for the most part was dismissed and not fully considered. The Vets are pleasant and professional, and the manager was in agreement and very apologetic. For that I was appreciative. However, what the care givers and over seers left for their service team to follow through on, did not translate well. After one encounter, I was able to "call" a location that I've never physically visited, share my situation, have her offer me options that ended with the Vet telling me what I could do while I waited for my appointment. Meanwhile, the location that's been getting my money for the last 4 years told me they could see my baby 6 days later and when I asked, they offered no options. That's sad!

My dog (Rocko) and I have gone here twice since we moved to the area. Each time has been awesome! From the staff working the front desk to the staff working behind the scenes in the back room, they all work hard to make this place so welcoming. Rocko had some bad teeth and they recommended a great animal dentist who helped him. I have to also comment on how friendly the two people at the front desk are. They have to juggle so much and yet they are still so friendly and approachable! I know that rocko and I are very much looking forward to our next comprehensive appointment. :)
