We love our boy! Small Miracles answered any and every question we had and made the adoption process a breeze. The staff are knowledgable and clearly care a great deal about the animals. We were given a bag of food and a 6 month supply of heart worm medication. Our big pup is settling into his new home very quickly and I’m sure it’s because of how protected and safe he was at Small Miracles.

Hi, my name is Jazzy Miller (formerly known as CoCo). I was surrendered to Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue where I was treated kindly and lovingly by the staff. All of a sudden a couple came in to see me and ended up adopting me. They said that the adoption application was reviewed thoroughly and quickly and then they took me home. They also said that everyone on the staff loved their job and all the animals. They took excellent care of me until I found my forever home. My parents and I thank everyone at Small Miracles for our new lives.

We adopted our sweet Phoebe (formerly Magic) a little over a week ago. I stopped in on a whim “just to look” and found the perfect addition to our family. Everyone at the shelter was so kind and explained everything about her in depth to me, right down to her missing tail! We love her so much already and so does at least one of our resident cats. We’re still working on the other but churus work wonders! We’re so thankful to Small Miracles and Phoebe’s foster, Dena, for taking such good care of her until we brought her home.

I adopted two beautiful kittens from here. They are very loving and playful. Their foster mom took great care of them. They are very socialized and litter trained. When I brought the kittens home, one of them wasn’t eating or playing so Nancy took in my cats for a couple days and nursed her back to health. Since I have brought them both home, they have been eating and playing all the time. All of the workers and the foster parents I have met are very friendly and love animals. I would highly recommend adopting your new family member(s) from here.

Love, love, love this place. On December 30th, my husband and I adopted two amazing kitten brothers from Small Miracles. We had been pet-less since July 2023, and wanted two kittens so they would have each other for company. These two brothers were bonded and needed to be together. We were lucky that they chose us and now the four of us are already bonded. We couldn't be happier. Small Miracles is filled with kind and loving staff/volunteers who are doing a wonderful job of caring for the many cats, dogs, puppies, and kittens that need help. Our two kittens were very well taken care of when we adopted them. They had just been in a foster home, and were already neutered, checked for worms, vaccinated, and examined by a veterinarian - which is an enormous help when you are adopting. The application process was simple and remember that the purpose of an application is to make sure they are going into a loving home. I think the fee of $300 for both was very good since they were already neutered and vet-checked. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

We adopted Jinx (formally Noah) from here back in the 2021. He was only 6 months old at the time. He is now pushing 4 (in a few months) and doing great! This shelter does require a history of good/perfect Veterinary care which I get can be difficult for some as they might be looking for their first pet, or whatever the case but as a die hard "adopt don't shop" person I applaud them on this. They did call our vets office as they knew we had a new cat before we even told them. 😂 Our whole experience at the shelter was nothing but positive. Everyone was very nice and you could tell they truly cared about all the animals. They were also extremely busy as I believe they were doing intake or something that day, but it never did cause a single person to be negative/rude in anyway. We left with nothing but a positive feeling towards this shelter. Jinx is one of our Trio of Tuxies, he us actually now the oldest as we lost our Queen Maia back in July of last year, and ended up adopting (from a different rescue) a med haired tuxedo female kitten that August. We also have a former feral kitten (not from a rescue or shelter) that we homed about 6 months after getting Jinx. He was a but of an unexpected one, but the 2 boys just love eachother!
