We recently bought a bearded dragon from this store and had the BEST experience. The man that helped us took his time and answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, and was very knowledgeable. Then I had to buy a new top for the enclosure because my cat kept getting on top and they were super helpful when I called. Our little baby beardie is very calm and used to being handled, he’s healthy, and this is because of the team there. Thank you for taking great care of our little guy until we got him!!

Went in search of a better dog food for my fur baby... Science Diet for dogs with digestive issues. I was so excited to see the different options I had in small tiny bites due to the fact that my baby will not eat unless tiny... So many options. I feel so grateful PetSmart they had so many options... and the bag I got was cheaper by $20 than I have been able to find it anywhere else. The cashier were had was the best at her job... so pleasant and so informative. Wish had gotten her name!!

Great! I took my dog to the groomers there like always. It took a little longer than I expected but it was Thanksgiving weekend, so I figured they were busy. They were super nice and friendly. My dog never comes back stressed out or overwhelmed. Which makes me Happy! Highly Recommended!

I had a terrible experience at PetSmart. I arrived for a grooming appointment at 1:30 pm with all the documentation requested online, including the rabies vaccine. However, I was informed that I also needed to provide proof of distemper, which was never mentioned as a requirement when booking the appointment. Luckily I was able to find it on an old email from our vet! I specifically asked the groomer if I could bring my dog back once she was ready to avoid leaving her shivering in a kennel, as it was her first-ever grooming session. She assured me that since my dog was small, she would get to her first. Yet, when I returned 3 hours later, I was shocked to find out that my dog had only been bathed and was still waiting for a proper groom. The groomer, Antoinette, was working on another dog and said it would be another 20 minutes to “rush through” my dog’s groom. I can't understand why I would pay over $70 for this kind of service. It was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. I definitely don’t recommend Antoinette if you want a positive experience for your fur babies.

If I could give a negative 5 for their customer service in the grooming department I would. They were rude and played favorites. I was clearly there prior to the other person, instead of welcoming me and asking how they could help me, they helped the person behind me because they knew them. Let me totally hanging. Why would I ever want to refer anyone or go back? I will make sure everyone knows what poor customer service they provide. Not to mention the dog she was taking into the back she was dragging by the collar And forcing the dog instead of coaxing it friendly like to get groomed!
