One of the corner walls of my basement and the wall were bowing in so I gave these guys a call. I guess the work was urgent and the house was going to collapse so they did the job that week. They left a giant mess, and I had to call and complain for them to even give me a call and ask if I was satisfied with the job, which I obviously wasn’t. They told me the work would be around $10K which is a lot more than I can afford but they said the house was going to collapse any minute. I wondered if I should get a second opinion but they made it seem like the work needed done ASAP. So long story short they leave a giant mess over the weekend, send guys to clean it up Tuesday (one of whom was not very courteous and seemed super annoyed to be there, okay whatever) and basically didn’t even do a good job cleaning. Pictures 1 and 2 show before and after of them leaving the site and “cleaning”. Also they misheard and left about a quarter sized hole in my wall. When all was said and done I just got the bill and it’s saying it’s $20K. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lied about the cost and then proceeded to leave a giant mess and a hole in the wall. I have a 1 year old son and am a single father and I basically now have to sell my house. I don’t understand how it was $10K more than he told me and how I’m not realizing this until I got the bill. Sincerely why did you tell me it would be $10,000 if it was $20,000. it honestly feels almost illegal. Again, 1 Star but would give 0. with the quality of work done I’m questioning if that level of work even needed done and how it is ten thousand more than i was shown when I signed the agreement. UPDATE: I have called them a few times now to activate my warranty as water has been leaking through the area they supposedly fixed. I have sent pictures, called them, it’s been over a week and no one has contacted me back. I am sincerely considering lawyering up, as they will evidently not honor the lifetime warranty. I wish I could go back in time and have never contacted this company, I would give 0 stars if I could. Their customer service is genuinely non existent. Shack, Steve, anyone else I’ve spoken to. It seems the entire Foundation Recovery team should be ashamed of how their business operates. All of this is after I already left a very poor review and had to ask them to come clean up the mess they left in my home.

Our salesman Todd was great to work with. He listened to what we needed to be done and gave suggestions for a few other things he thought we might want to consider. He was not pushy at all. We had two other companies bid our job and we felt this was our best option. Bryce and Nic were the crew who did our job. They were very professional and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. They were very friendly and explained everything thing before they started the job and made sure we were satisfied with their work before they left.

Clifford, Landon & Brandon did a fabulous job adding a beam to my 1910 house to level up the upstairs floor. The guys were friendly, courteous, offered suggestions when we ran into a small issue. I got it resolved and back to work they went. The job was professionally installed and safety and clean up were performed. I am pleased with the quality of the product and the workmanship that went into the install.

You get top notch service from everyone one. Starting with Noah who gave me the estimate. He walked me through everything involved and explained everything in detail. The service was also outstanding. Bryce and Justin called and informed me of the arrival time. Once here they walked me through what they are going to do and got right to it. It was more of a challenge then what everyone thought, but it did not stop them. I could not be more happy with the final results. You will not go wrong by using foundation recovery system

This was a once in a lifetime that you would need to install a sump pump system and dehumidifier in your home. But I had an excellent experience from Cody Shipley the sales guy to the crew who was very clean, timely and very professional. On day one Greg Stearn came over and started the job with Gave. The had did the necessary drilling and jack hammering on the day before. The following day I was able to work full time remotely while the creW wrapped up the job. They were on time on Tuesday. On Tuesday evening an alarm went off but Greg responded to my texts and came out the following morning to walk me through the system. Greg and Gabe were great. Thank you Greg and Gabe.

I initially contacted FDS for water in my basement. Todd King spent a great deal of time reviewing all the options and didn't try to push/sell me something that would resolve the issue, but offered ideas to try first, that were as good, or better and that were not as extensive or invasive. I can't express how very much I appreciated his candid approach! I then asked about an issue by my pool where the concrete had heaved and was impacting the metal coping, as well as allowing water to go in behind the liner. Again, he took time reviewing (and listening to my concerns) and completed a thorough inspection of the pool and my driveway. Due to his time and genuine concern for my issues, I opted to complete the pool area and the entire driveway. Bryce and James (technicians) communicated well about their timing and arrival on my scheduled date. They had all the information from Todd, but walked the each area with me assuring we were all on the same page. He again described in detail the lifting compound and process as well as the crack repairs. Bryce had me come out and check areas as they progressed to assure I was happy. I could not have asked for two more professional and genuinely concerned technicians, always willing to answer my questions and eagerness to assure my satisfaction. Thank you Foundation Recovery Systems for the great work and product from beginning to end.
