They came to my house to pick up my kitties. They provide free spay and neuter for cats if you live in englewood. They brought them back home and provided all of the paperwork for the kitties. I was very pleased with their services. I forgot to mention you have to make an appointment first but all of the services were free. My kitties were chipped and given vaccines and flea medicine. They came back home the same day and recovery went well.

I cannot complain about the service, both the Veterinarian and the assistants are very attentive, friendly, respectable and very professional. They listen to any questions or concerns you have and give you an answer. I took 4 kittens for a general checkup. Very good service something that the Englewood neighborhood needed!

I am usually trying to see the lighter side of life, especially, in the times we live in now, but sadly, paws has not been a positive experience. I am a violence survivor with extreme ptsd. I have a little survival garden on my balcony in the sky yet somehow the cats in the alley have found and are destroying my only resource. I reached out them. They spent more time and resources lying about providing services than they did ever providing any. I will be filing a report with the inspector General because there were other things they did to cover up not helping. I have worked with paws in other areas, Chicago paws in my area is a fraud.

The people who work here are so wonderful! It's a little difficult to make an appointment because you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back which might take a couple days. But be patient, it's worth it.

This place is not a shelter, and also not even open when the hours say it is. It's a church where I guess they do volunteer outreach? My guess is that they're only open on Sundays but it would be great if someone else could confirm.
