Both my sister and I have been taking our cats to Dr. Sarah for years. She is knowledgeable, honest, and has been there for us throughout our cats' illnesses, regular check ups and new kitten visits. For the first time in our history with Dr. Sarah, she had to give us some very sad news about my sister's cat. My sister had to make the choice to say goodbye to her 16 year-old girl, Sammi. My sister immediately called me and I got there as quickly as I could. Dr. Sarah and her staff kept the office open late just so I could say my goodbyes and be there for my sister. I will never forget what they did for us and will be forever grateful. All of the staff is amazing, and I'd like to specifically highlight Aaron. You can tell he takes his job seriously and loves helping animals and their humans. Aaron is a wonderful, attentive vet tech and I appreciate everything he's done for our pets. Thank you so much, Team Paws and Feathers!

The team might have saved my budgie! Flash was suffering from a respiratory illness. They were able to see us the day I called them and the team was super kind and caring with our budgies. They have a gift for caring for small birds. They were super comfortable with everyone. Thank you Paws and Feathers!

Dr. Sarah takes excellent care of our two greyhounds! She genuinely cares about all of the animals in her care! She is very direct and does not suggest tests that aren’t required as well as being very affordable! Our girls love going there.

My dog usually gets anxious at the vet, which makes me nervous too. But this vet clinic is different. They manage to keep my dog calmer, and they always make me feel at ease. Recommended!

Everyone at paws and feathers were so helpful and kind from the front desk staff to the techs and Doctor. We were told our cat needed surgery from an ER and we found paws and feathers who was willing to do her surgery on a non surgery day and at a fraction of the cost. I cannot recommend them enough! I will not take my animals anywhere else from now on! Thank you Paws and feathers for being so amazing during such a scary time for us!

Sr Sarah’s care was lazy and do not expect to get access to your pet records should you ever decide to use a different vet. if you have a reactive dog this place is a nightmare full of staff that has absolutely no concern on the comfort and safety of your pets. we brought our dog here and explained numerous times that they were reactive and needed to wait in our car until a room was available. instead we were told to come inside just so we could wait 20 minutes past our scheduled time for a room while being forced into a corner with our dog feeling very stressed and scared (on top of not feeling well) as the waiting room filled up. when we finally were seen Dr Sarah did absolutely no treatment. We have been fighting for our pet’s records for 2 1/2 weeks now (they are legally required to give them to you within 5 days)After numerous attempts to receive them we finally just filed a complaint with the state licensing board. This place isnt worth the headache.
