I got my wonderful boy Obie (originally Jack) from felines and Canines. The experience was so smooth and supportive. He’s my first cat and I was really nervous about making the right choice. I explained what personality I was looking for in a cat and they were incredibly supportive and helpful. Showing me several, including Obie, who they thought would be a good fit. Obie is the perfect cat for me and I’m so grateful to felines and canines for bringing him to Chicago and helping me find him.

Thank you Felines&Canines for allowing us to adopt our two beautiful girls! We came in for our adoption appointment a bit early, and they were able to accommodate us and start our appointment when we came in! The kitten room was adorable, and we were given the perfect amount of privacy and time for questions with staff about the cats. Additionally, all my emails before and after the process were answered promptly. Overall, the adoption process went extremely smoothly, and we found our two perfect girls Nala (previously known as Hall) and Haiku with F&C! Thank you!!

I adopted my cat here and had the best experience. The cats get to free-rome so you aren’t limited to only interacting with a few, you get to meet them all. the staff was super knowledgeable about all of the animals history and were really accommodating when helping me find the right fit for our fam. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking!

We just welcomed our first baby, Gidget, home. She is very well taken care of and in great shape. We fall in love with her right away!! The whole adoption process is very pleasant and professional, including medical & vaccination records---thanks to Samantha and Max!! We also appreciate how detailedly the application and email questions are designed so you can be sure these precious may have a loving home they well deserve. We are surprised to learn that F&C rescued many of them, including Gidget, from a high euthanasia shelter in Alabama. Just the idea that we could have lost Gidget due to that is making us appreciate her even more. All in all, thanks again for bringing Gidget to us. We sure would like to go back to F&C when we (including Gidget) are ready to welcome more sweet companions.
