First time adopting a cat. Walked in and had a short wait. You register your info on a tablet. Which includes a questionnaire why you want to adopt and age, sex and personality you hope to find for your cat. We were looking for a cat to keep my Mom company. About 20 mins later Alex introduced us to some cats based on our preference. Alex had my brother and I spend time playing with each cat. Alex was very detailed about the cats history, health and any red flags. He was very patient with us because we wanted to make the right decision. We ended up adopting the first cat Alex showed us. Juniper is exactly what we're looking for. She seems to be happy in her new home and my Mom has found a new friend. Since it's walk in only, the wait times can vary. Be prepared and clear your schedule for the day. Coffee at Cafe was pretty good and small area with toys, food and extras for your cat. The whole staff were friendly and interior clean. Def would go back to Tree House in the future.
I adopted my first kitten from here. The whole experience was amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about adopting my first pet. They provided me with everything I needed. The facility is very clean and you could tell they really care about all the pets here. They have so many sweet cats/kittens.
Really nice, highly recommend !!! The adoption process is simple and smooth, staffs are kind and friendly, my counselor is attentive and knows every detail about each cat. I feel very lucky to have the cutest angel in my life now!!!
So many sweet kitties and nice staff. Some older cats need to be adopted too! Came as a walk in around 5 and got our cat today, she’s been nothing but a curious well behaved sweet heart :) She came fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed
Madeline was only at tree house for a week after being found on the street. When I walked in to adopt her I come to find that within a week they already spayed her, gave her all her shots, perfectly box trained her, and fed her daily to help her put on weight as she was thin. 4 months later she’s at a healthy weight and been the best friend I could ask for. They were super responsive, friendly, upfront, and honest about all the cats. They even gave me two whole months worth of food for her at no additional cost. Would absolutely recommend
Made a same day appointment at the Cat Cafe with my daughter to find a kitten/cat. After a 45 minute commute, we were super disappointed to find only 2 cats in the play area of the cafe. We were read a laundry list of rules to be followed including, "dont touch their bellies. dont pick them up." Ummmm, ok...... After 10 minutes of our 30 minute appointment we left and asked if we could be shown the adoption area of the facility to see if there were more options available. We were told that a staff member was not available and if we wanted to wait about an hour one could possibly show us around at that time.... we simply left with less money in our pocket (cat cafe admission) and an annoyed feeling as to why a non-profit would make it so difficult for us to give them our money....
