Monthly, first Saturday of every month, vaccine clinic was excellent. Very organized, plenty of volunteers and the line moved very quickly. Inside the building was divided into stations which was very efficient. Liked that the exit door was set up so there was no passing by other dogs. Minimal cost for vaccinations and rabies, lower even than the vaccination clinics at Tractor Supply. Highly recommend!

For years I've brought my dog for her annual vaccines and heartworm tests, grateful that they were there. Now we've adopted from them and we couldn't be more pleased with our new doggo. They're super with the clinic but they're really stellar about how they care for their fosters and the adoption process. Wonderful experience.

The entire process is 5 stars! I have 2 small dogs. It can be pricy when it comes to their annual vaccinations. Columbus Dog Connection is a reasonable rate without compromising the service. You pull into the parking lot and your greeted with directions and to stay in your car until someone comes to get your pups info. You then can kinda chill in your car or let your pup out to walk or potty and keep and eye out for your number to be posted. You stay with your dog the entire time which is comforting for them. Once your finished you can exit the building and pick up donated items like dog food, snacks, toys, clothes and bedding. The clinic is the 1st Saturday of the month.

So my vet moved to Polaris and was going to charge me $323+ for my mini golden doodle anual vaccination. I ended up paying $123 at this pet and people friendly place. It also included the 3 month flea treatment. These are difficult times and we all need some help including my 4 legged friend. They are amazing.

I have a lot of pets and have been to many places for spay/neuter and this place has by far been my best experience. There are usually super crowded check in rooms and ambiguous wait times for pick up. They picked uour pet up/dropped your pet back off straight to the vehicle. They were very nice and informative. I would recommend them for sure.

I took 3 of my cats here for sterilization and had no major issues with 2 of them. My last cat was taken a few weeks ago for a neuter surgery. He had a difficult recovery and has not been his normal self. I discovered his belly was shaved and marked for a spay surgery. The green marking is still there and I am assuming it is the permanant tatto they mark all females with. I am very shocked and upset that such a huge oversight occurred and he was so close to having an unnecessary surgery. His paperwork was marked as a male and he was a very obvious tomcat at 1 years old. I was not informed of this mistake almost occurring which is also extremely upsetting and has made me loose all trust I had in this facility. I unfortunately will not return here and will never recommend anyone to go here.
