The Clinical Coordinator enables clients to break safety rules, smoke in the facility, and sexual harass other clients. The most any staff has done is send a client out the room for a few minutes then the client comes back continues to smoke and harass other clients. Some staff here also harass clients resorting to curse words aggressive gestures and death threats. It would be a miracle if a new team of responsible professionals overtook this establishment.

The staff are very kind and friendly BUT you have to obey the rules of this shelter, the bad part about this is there are constant arguing between the residents and sometimes becomes into a fight, my time there was always to avoid any sort of confrontation however minor, as long as you do what you're supposed to do to get out of homelessness you will be on the road to recovery, in less time than you'd imagine. This shelter is a psychiatric shelter, so the confrontations are constant, just avoid them whenever possible, and be kind to the staff, trust me, you'll be better off.
