Spectacular place. Employees and vets are so kind. They took awesome care of a cat we found starving to death. Kept us up to date with everything.
City Veterinary Care was primary care for my 2 beloved dogs and will be for any pet I get in the future. They personally know and understand how much these added members to our families mean to see - they bring theirs to work😀 The staff is friendly and attentive. Getting an appointment or just information is so easy - so helpful. The doctors are friendly, compassionate and caring.
I love this practice. I always feel like my two cats are in great hands when I bring them to City Vet. Dr Holroyde, our main veterinarian, is thorough and generous with her time. One of my cats with asthma has needed quite a bit of attention due to the inhalers and medications he needs to control it, and Dr Holroyde always gets back to me in a timely manner and addresses all of my concerns immediately. She is decisive and reassuring. On the occasions I have needed to bring either of my cats in on her days off, each vet we have had has been helpful, thorough, kind and gentle with our fur babies.
The best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. My Dog and my cat has had the best care I could have ever asked for. Highly recommend this place for anyone that loves their sick animals. I have ASPCA health insurance for my animals and they accept it at this clinic. So far the best.
Thorough and thoughtful practice. Grateful for the exceptional care for over a decade. Dr. Kaplan and his vets are attentive, professional and sensitive to animals and humans alike. Highly recommend.
I desperately called to have my dog euthized on a Monday morning at 9am, after a $1200 course of treatment failed. I received a return call Wednesday evening, staying that apparently I had some concerns. This was 18 hours after I took my dog to a stranger to euthenize her. You nade the ending of a 15 year loving relationship a nightmare. Thank-you from the top of my skull.
