Had a wonderful experience here. I’m a first time pet owner and just got my new dog. I was taking him to his first vet appointment and there were definitely nerves on both ends. The front office and assistants were incredible. They greeted my pup with such enthusiasm. The vet was super professional, courteous, and my dog fell in love with him immediately. They gave me a thorough explanation of my dogs history and helped me understand my options. It was my first time so the visit was free! Would definitely recommend them for vet care.

I have brought 2 pets here. The vets and care staff are very kind, thorough, and listen to your concerns. They do a quick but thorough examination and make many accommodations to address vet anxiety (I.e. examination on the floor or a quick return to the floor, waiting for my pet to “allow” an examination or injection rather than a “pin and force” upsetting experience, etc). They’ve even squeezed me in for last minute services, more than once!!

Zero! I don't usually write reviews unless I have something good to say which for this place I don't have at all ,but as a Pet owner I know how difficult is to find a good Vet that really care about our babies. I will not write everything that happened to me and my dog But I guarantee they don't really care about anything but money. You can have your own experience and by the of the day you will be remember this review :(

Expensive as every vet is nowadays, but amazing veterinarian. Young desk lady was a bit rude

If you have something serious going on, I wouldn't use practice. Their communication is lacking which is unacceptable when there are time sensitive issues going on with your pet. I was left hanging for hours more than once, calling in emergency situations. (In which case, my advice is get to an emergency vet, but this treatment was still very off-putting). I ended up going all the way to Brooklyn to see my previous vet for the remainder of my cat's life. I don't generally write reviews but I feel this had to be stated after it happened to me more than once. I would never use this vet again. Additionally, after a specialist appointment they didn't let me know she was ready, who knows how long she was just waiting there before I called (the understanding was that they would call me when she was ready, but she seemed like an afterthought).

The staff is incredibly friendly. They make sure your pet is completely well taken care of. And they care about your pet just as much as you do.
