We've been going here for years, this is the best veterinary clinic I've ever used, having had many dogs throughout my life. Dr Saldana worked on our Chihuahua, who had a large tumor in his chest. Her quick and decisive actions led to him eventually going to a specialist in Austin, which saved his life. Dr Saldana is wonderful, and without her - we would have lost our little boy. The staff here is especially great, always going above and beyond in what is usually a difficult situation for pet owners. I can't give them enough credit - Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital is the best.

Wonderful. Very kind and professional. My 12 lb 4yo Shih -poo ate two full size protein bars and wrappers and I called them and they were so great and I didn’t feel like I was robbed financially in the process. They got him right in and induced vomiting. They even kept him a few hours longer to make sure he had it all out before bringing him home. They even washed his face and cleaned his ears without me asking!! 🎉

This is, hands down, the cleanest, most friendly and nurturing establishment we’ve been to here in Texas. Dr. B, who is former military, cares for our pup so completely and treats him as if he was his own. But even better than his animal treatment is his bedside manner with both pup and family of pup. While our Tubbs was in the back with his techs, Dr. B sat me down and explained exactly what was happening, called me “mom” (my heart melted ), and really spent time with me to educate me about a plan for Tubbs. He is gentle, rubs pup’s ears in all the right places… when we left, my pup walked me right back to the door. He didn’t want to leave Dr. B and his staff. Stephanie is also wonderful, as are all the techs there. I recommend Dr. B, without reservation.

I went in today, had a miscommunication with Dr. Radicke on pricing. He personally called me, and we came to a compromise. I have massive respect for the owner of the business to call me personally and rite a wrong. Dr. Radicke and his staff were very professional, quick, up to date facilities. He just had fantastic bed side manner. Convenient location of the corner of Broadway/Nacogdoches. 5 stars will be back :)

New to San Antonio. the front staff and techs are great. Dr. Bonning is thorough, personable and professional. I did not feel rushed at all. Strongly consider this practice if you are in need of a DVM.
