All these animals need homes, it broke my heart to look through the cages. My husband is going to have to come next time. There are so many sweet babies here. I don't know how people work here, causes I'd leave with so many. They take great care for them and some foster! They have a great fostering program, they give you everything for the dog/cat. I hope we can get the rescue I was looking at. Ugh !! Bring tissues!!! Help a friend!! The puppy in the pic is not mine. She's available. She's the sweetest dog I've ever met. Wish I could have her too.

The people who work and volunteer here, do such great work. Please consider volunteering a few hours of your time or make a donation. You can also take in toys & dog essentials. They do what they can and save a lot of lives. I know my dog was on death row & I may have saved her but she saved me. #antidepressant #adoptdontshop

just wanna thank this shelter for helping me find my bestfriend. He has healed me and was the thing that was missing in my life. He’s such a good boy and so smart the day i adopted him he was already pottying on the pee pads. He is the best dog ever 🩷

i got a cat from here that they did not tell us all his prior medical history and he died. i wish i was lying. we spent 600 bucks just for them to tell us to put him down after we got him, which we didn’t and gave him a wonderful life until his sickness caught up with him, but i will never come back here for another pet again. justice for my sweet baby boy

I am currently a foster and have been the oast year or so and the amount of work these people do is great! They help with fostering but also have sooo many pets that need homes and they do a lot with their resources. I have had various issues with them and you really have to be patient with them and work around their semi-ridiculous schedule and demands for bringing in foster dogs because they will not work with you, but I am glad I can help the poor animals that are on the euthanasia list. It is of course so sad that they euthanize but that would not be an issue if people took responsibility individually and spayed/neutered their pets. It would also be beneficial if they had more successful adoption events and maybe tried to market to the community to show what services they offer, since that would solve the problem and they always seem to be over capacity and therefore euthanize dogs. It is extremely difficult to care for these animals with ACS unless you are unemployed or retired. I do want to shout out Samantha in particular though, because she literally is running around and I have probably seen her in at least 5 different roles there just doing it all!

Great facility and I'm thankful for what they do for these animals that want to be loved and live happily. But the customer service is horrible. I sent multiple inquiries about a specific puppy. No response. I emailed them to advise them I'm in route to start adoption process at 11 am. I would arrive before 2 pm. I arrived at 130 to be informed that the puppy was adopted out not to long ago literally 30 minutes ago. And tell me they can take my name If this adoption doesn't work we will Call you first thing. Isn't that what they should've told that person, the pup has a potential arrangement if they don't come though then we will call you?? What is the purpose of having that option on website?
