As an Active duty Soldier, I love that Paws for purple hearts have trainings that involve us. I love being able to go and learn how to train service dogs and also feel relief by doing it. The staff are all amazing. I had a chance to meet Dani, Jenny, Erica, and Bella and they are so amazing to do such a talented job and share the experience with the Soldiers. Thank you

I emailed back and forth with Karen a few times, I was excited to begin the journey of turning my dog into a therapy dog to help those who needed to feel compassion from pets. Anyway I guess I was too eager because i repeatedly asked for an application just because i like to get things started and not procrastinate, Karen did not appreciate my eagerness, after two weeks of asking for an application I asked should I find another organization, she must of got offended because she said I had no compassion or kindness? I'm glad I was not looking to train my dog to be a service dog for my veteran husband because he would've been disappointed with this situation. It's pretty discouraging.
